Lou Lamoriello was in Montreal recently for Larry Robinson’s jersey retirement and a broadcaster had asked him what he would change if he was commissioner for a day.
The Changes:
( 1 ) Only one referee on the ice the entire game
( 2 ) Full two-minute penalties regardless of how many goals are scored
( 3 ) The team on the Penalty-kill wouldnt be able to ice the puck (without being called for icing that is)
Needless to say, it looks like reporters aren’t the only ones with crazy ideas to change the game of hockey… Your Thoughts?
